What is 3D Laser Scanning?
3D Laser Scanning uses non-destructive technology and is a non-contact measuring device which allows data to be captured digitally without damaging the physical object being scanned, it is a way of capturing an objects exact size and shape into a 3D representation into a computer.

Reverse Engineering is the process of measuring a part using data captured by our 3D scanning systems, we can reverse engineer components and products for further engineering and / or re-manufacture of existing parts by creating a CAD model to reflect how it was originally designed.

We can offer prototyping service using Objet Eden 500V which offers 18 different materials alongside a large build tray 500 x 400 x 200mm for maximum productivity and versatility. The Eden 500V features print layers as fine as 16 microns for models with complex geometries, smooth surfaces and thin walls.

PolyJet 3D Printing is similar to inkjet document printing , but instead of jetting drops of ink onto paper, PolyJet 3D Printers jet layers of liquid photopolymer onto a build tray and cure them with a UV light. The layers build up one at a time to create a 3D Model or prototype. Along with the selected model material, the 3D printer also jets a gel-like support material specifically designed to uphold overhangs and complicated geometries, this is then easily removed with a WaterJet machine.
